"My friend and I stayed at this hotel this past weekend. Overall is was OK, but we had some problems with prank calling and people knocking on our door late at night which made it hard to sleep.
The hotel staff didn't charge us for parking which was nice of them, but we still had to pay $95 for the hotel and I didn't think it was worth it at all...
I don't think I would come back."

"We thought the Desk Service / Receptionist Service was excellent, but the Restaurant Service was appaling and favoured the Francophones completely. If you spoke fluent French they showered attention on you, if not you were more or less ignored. I would return to the hotel, but I would never spend a dime in that restaurant."

"The room was comfortable - Queen Suite - We were on the 8th floor and it was very quiet with very little outside noise. The TV reception was poor and the lobby had an odor to it but the staff were friendly and helpful. We felt very safe parking our car outside as the hotel shares a parking lot with the Montreal Police and St. Catherine's Street, China Town and Old Montreal were all within walking distance."

"Since I drove to Montreal to enjoy fine food and Cuban cigars, I did not answer several questions above. Considering the wonderful rate I found on your website and the fact that I booked my stay the day I left, I will always search first when visiting Canada for an over night stay. Thanks!"

"The first two nights the 6th floor that we were located on was very noisy at night till 3:00 am. The third night the noise was really bad there was even a fire alarm and we understood that someone was thrown out of the hotel. We had complained after the first two nights and then when I telephoned at 3:00 am the third night I was told that something was being done about it. When I complained at the front when we left the hotel, we were refunded $10.00 on the last two nights stay at the hotel and there was a remark from the clerk that we should not come on a holiday during the spring break from school. I told him that we were in Montreal on business and could not choose the dates, they were set. When you are on business you need to sleep at night. Polease do not use my name because it is unusual name. Use Albert and Edmonton for city. The reception desk was very helpful when we needed metro information or sending faxes etc. Only complaint was the shouting, banging, fighting on the 6th floor that we occupied. we even asked after the first night if the students were going to be there the next night so they could move us to another room. Thank you."
