"The hotel was fine for what I was paying. Good value for the dollar and excellent location. I did have several incidents to interact with your staff and my only complaints are in those interactions. I have stayed in many hotels over the years and have had enough experience to say that the attitude of the staff towards the guests is poor and definitely below standards, even in similar priced hotels. I found the staff helpful, yet initially rude as if any request one made was a large inconvenience. Furthermore, one was to feel that even asking questions of the staff was an inappropriate thing to do as a guest. I hope you will look into this matter. Otherwise I appreciate a simple hotel offering good value in a great location."
